We specialize in preventative maintenance that will keep your car reliable and offer years of dependable service. We can diagnose and repair some of the more complicated problems that arise in the modern computer-controlled car. Through the use of advanced diagnostic tools and years of experience, International Auto Repair can fix virtually any mechanical problem you have. We strive to ensure we accurately diagnose your problem so that we can have it fixed right the first time. We use the same tools and vehicle information as the dealerships, but provide a better customer service at a lower price.

We service all makes and models. Our maintenance programs comply with all dealer and extended warranty programs. You do NOT need to bring your car back to the dealer for maintenance to keep your warranty in force. We will keep a record of your service history and provide you with a copy at no charge upon request. This means that having your vehicle serviced here will not void that ever important power train warranty prematurely.

We will never pressure you into buying repairs or sell you repairs that aren't necessary.

No Pressure Auto Repairs

We will fix only what you authorize and only what is necessary. We will not pressure you into purchasing repairs that are not needed. If we believe a needed repair is covered under the dealer’s new car warranty, we will refer you to the dealership for that problem.

Each of our technicians has been with us for at least 10 years. They have extensive experience and have attended seminars to keep abreast of new technologies in the automotive field. They take pride in their work and do their best to repair existing problems and alert you to possible future concerns. Their goal is to Fix it right the first time.

Diagnostic Services

Occasionally, our technicians encounter an automotive problem that is difficult to diagnose. We subscribe to several diagnostic data bases that provide us with the same service information and bulletins available to new car dealerships. We also subscribe to a service that allows our technicians to personally discuss repairs with a master technician who specializes in a particular make/model of car or in a particular type of repair.

We proudly warranty both the parts and the labor charges for the repairs performed at International Auto Repair.

Pick-up & Delivery Service

We will be happy to pick up/deliver your vehicle to you, or give you a ride back to your home or office if you drop the vehicle off. All you need to do is ask for a ride

Computerized Vehicle Repair Histories

We maintain vehicle repair histories for a minimum of five years. If you need service documentation for a warranty or insurance claim, and we serviced your vehicle, the service records will be available for you at no charge.

Auto Maintenance Work Schedules

We will go over scheduled maintenance requirements with you and help you set up a regular maintenance schedule. We can even send a reminder card if you request it

Consultations

We are always available to discuss your various repair options and advise you concerning which ones are vital for safety purposes, and which ones could be postponed for a short time.
