IMMEDIATE OPENING: Auto Repair Tech with 5+ years current experience working on passenger cars. Must be able to work on all makes and models, both foreign and domestic.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
· Guaranteed minimum salary with potential annual earnings of $90k or more.

· 5 Day Work Week: Monday thru Friday 8am – 5 pm. No Nights – No Weekends – No Holidays

· No engagement with customers: drop-off only, no waiting policy. Service manager deals with all customers. No technician involvement.
· No searching for parts – service writer will order all needed parts
REQUIREMENTS:
· 5+ years current automotive repair experience on passenger cars & light trucks; all makes & models, foreign & domestic. Must be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues.
· Must be extremely knowledgeable with all systems in automobiles and light trucks, including engine, emissions, drive-line, transmission, electrical, A/C, alignments
· Ability to consistently turn in 40 billable hours per week.
· Ability to use tablet for Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) including pictures and videos.
· Effectively communicate diagnoses and issues to Service Writer.
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; clean background check
· Bonus for ASE Certification and/or Maryland State Inspector’s License
· Must be able to provide own tools
· Must be willing to work both independently and as part of a team
· Must be honest, dependable, respectful, and responsible.
